About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Member and Customer Development Executive to join our team at The IET. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing members and customers, predominantly through outbound telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact new and existing members and customers via the telephone to provide a seamless implementation and onboarding experience.
  • Ensure that members and customers are fully aware of all IET products and services.
  • Track personal lead performance metrics focusing on customer satisfaction, conversion rates, onboarding, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and customers to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telephone sales role or a sales role in general.
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in handling sensitive information and a willingness to learn and use applicable support systems, including CRMs and databases.
