Northampton, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom St Andrew's Healthcare Full time

About St Andrew's Healthcare

St Andrew's Healthcare is a national mental health charity dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs. We offer a range of specialist services, including inpatient and rehabilitation programs, PICU and acute services, acquired brain injury care, CAMHS low secure services, neuropsychiatry, ASD, and Learning Disabilities. Our mission is to empower patients on their recovery journey from inpatient through to community-based services.

The Role: Contract Performance and Reporting Officer

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a national specialist provider in the mental health sector. You will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and experience demonstrating these attributes. While NHS experience is ideal, other backgrounds will be considered.

You will receive comprehensive support through mentoring, collaboration with colleagues, access to webinars, online training opportunities, and resources to stay updated on relevant NHS and local authority developments.

Your responsibilities will involve working closely with service and clinical leads, data and analytics teams, finance departments, and other enabling functions across the charity. Your primary focus will be ensuring efficient contract performance reporting and fee requirements are met. You will leverage our clinical information/patient administration system to streamline processes and integrate them with internal performance review systems.

There is also potential to contribute more broadly within the commercial directorate, including marketing, service development, and bids and tenders.

About You

We are seeking a passionate individual who can reliably manage diverse tasks, both analytical and administrative. You possess an excellent eye for detail and collaborate effectively with colleagues to produce high-quality information and explanatory narratives that meet contract deadlines. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you demonstrate a commitment to mental healthcare and our mission of transforming lives.

Our patients, their carers, and your colleagues expect you to embody St Andrew's CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence in all your interactions.
