Job Summary

We are seeking a talented professional to join our established commissioning team as a Performance Lead. This is a unique opportunity to work with our Lead Providers for CAMHS Tier 4 services, Adult Eating Disorder, and Perinatal services across the East Midlands.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will play a key role in the reporting, analysis, and monitoring of performance against national, local, and internal targets. They will also promote a positive culture that actively encourages learning, development, and knowledge sharing.

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health, and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. We focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible, with many of our services provided at home, work, or in schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise several pieces of work and complex information projects
  • Develop systems and produce forward-looking reports and action plans for visibility of performance issues by clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Support the commissioning team in leading and facilitating quality oversight, case management, contracting, finance, business intelligence, and organisational development
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree or equivalent experience with highly developed specialist knowledge. They will also have in-depth specialist knowledge of information analysis and the use of information across the NHS.

Desirable skills and experience include significant experience of performance and contract management, leadership and management abilities, and high-level understanding and knowledge of IT systems relevant to Clinical Information.
