About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Lead to join our team at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a Performance Lead, you will play a key role in the reporting, analysis, and monitoring of performance against national, local, and internal targets.

Main Responsibilities
