Job Summary

Scope-Medical Recruitment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Paediatrician to join our team in a well-established healthcare provider in Truganina. As a Paediatrician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Comprehensive Paediatric Care: Deliver high-quality care to children, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various childhood conditions.
  • Conduct Routine Check-Ups and Assessments: Perform routine check-ups, developmental assessments, and preventive care for children.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans, track patient progress, and follow up on treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
  • Educate Families: Educate families about child health, development, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree and Registration: Hold a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and be currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians: Hold a fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
  • Strong Diagnostic Skills: Possess strong diagnostic skills with the ability to manage a wide range of Paediatric conditions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Commitment to Ongoing Professional Development: Commit to ongoing professional development and staying current with Paediatric practices.
