Work Schedule: Mon – Sun (5 days per week)
Shift Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Overview of the Role:
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and uphold quality standards.
- Assist in meeting operational objectives.
- Encourage and facilitate change.
- Flexibly support the MRF Quality team by covering essential roles as necessary.
- Promptly report quality issues to your supervisor.
Why This Role is Significant:
- Maintain health and safety standards and performance on site.
- Inspect production quality before it leaves the facility.
- Conduct assessments and report on the quality of outgoing loads.
- Manage non-compliant waste effectively.
- Communicate with the Production and Quality teams.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents.
- Support the team in achieving site KPIs.
- Participate in any required training provided by the company.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience and knowledge in the waste management sector (Desirable).
- Experience operating a Forklift Truck (Desirable).
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, IOSH (Desirable).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive mindset.
- Able to handle a considerable amount of routine tasks.
