We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to enhance our growing Managed Services team. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing various HCM Cloud initiatives and possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM offerings, including E-Business Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ongoing application support for a wide array of clients
- Facilitate training and provide mentorship to team members
- Engage in pre-sales efforts through product demonstrations
- Advise on Cloud processes and configuration alternatives
- Offer functional leadership and insights on software capabilities
- Collaborate effectively with end-users in a remote setting
Required Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Absence and Recruitment modules
- Extensive experience in converting business needs into functional solutions
- Exceptional communication abilities in English
- Capability to work autonomously and show initiative
- Preference for candidates with Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
