Job Description

You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM, specifically within Oracle Cloud Payroll. Your expertise will be crucial in driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues, as well as leading and overseeing pre-sales activities via demos and offering expert advice regarding Cloud processes, procedures, configuration options, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM, focusing on Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Train and coach colleagues on Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Payroll.
  • Lead and oversee pre-sales activities, including demos and expert advice on Cloud processes, procedures, configuration options, and roadmaps.
  • Conduct design workshops and document solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales bid responses and pre-sales preparation and demos, providing product credibility and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and functionality, particularly in Payroll.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Payroll.
  • Experience with Oracle Time and Labour is essential.
  • Desirable skills include Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench.
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards are required.
