Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Expert to join our Managed Services team at Version 1. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong background in functional expertise and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day application support to clients, ensuring seamless system operation and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues, enhancing their knowledge and skills in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, showcasing the capabilities of Oracle HCM Cloud through demos and presentations.
  • Offer expert guidance on Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Lead functional teams and provide guidance to clients on best practices and software functionality, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Effectively collaborate with end-users remotely, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience in Absence and Recruitment modules.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on functional expertise.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions, driving project success.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills, with a strong focus on documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised, demonstrating self-initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
