Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day application support to our clients, as well as training and coaching other colleagues. They will also assist in pre-sales activities via demos and offer expert advice on Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for HCM Cloud applications
  • Develop and deliver training programs for colleagues
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and proof-of-concepts
  • Offer strategic guidance on Cloud implementation and configuration
  • Lead client-facing projects and provide functional leadership

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, with experience in Absence and Recruitment modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications a plus
