Role Overview

In the position of Junior Parts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our parts division, ensuring efficient operations by overseeing inventory, processing orders, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective Inventory Management: Organize and allocate parts into stock efficiently.
  • Precise Order Entry: Accurately input parts into our inventory system.
  • Prompt Order Fulfillment: Monitor parts orders to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to manage delivery timelines.
  • Returns Processing: Handle returns for credit as necessary.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
