Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sewell Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust cost plans and cash flow forecasts to ensure project viability.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best possible prices.
- Monitor and report on project costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
