Burberry is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects across their entire lifecycle. The successful candidate will manage project resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional activities to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish project plans, initiate project mobilization, and confirm project scope, budget estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Manage project financials, including initial estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Create and maintain accurate Risk / Assumption / Issues / Dependencies (RAID) logs and ensure relevant parties are involved in addressing each factor.
  • Manage project resource allocation, coordinating resources to meet project objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders on an ongoing basis and monitor and control project execution.
  • Provide leadership and decision-making support by establishing project governance and chairing project governance boards as needed.
  • Develop delivery life cycle documentation and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
  • Perform project status and performance reporting and complete project documentation upon project closure.
Requirements
  • Significant project management experience on large projects or programmes of work.
  • Demonstrable experience of using or implementing new processes using technology.
  • Proven ability to develop and build relationships with senior stakeholders within the business.
  • Relevant Project Management experience across multiple projects in at least 3 full project life cycles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
  • Demonstrated interest in the creative industries, retail, or consumer goods.
