Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the firm's project portfolio, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project management, aligning with the firm's business objectives and growth strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to project management teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Extensive experience in a senior project management role, ideally as Director of Projects or similar, within the engineering consulting sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex engineering projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing project management teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Solid understanding of risk management and problem-solving, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
