Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing content, and supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Assist in onboarding new recruits, providing comprehensive training and support.
    • Deliver daily training sessions both virtually via Teams and in person across our Manchester, Nottingham, and Leeds offices.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on the professional and personal development of our employees.
  • Content Development:
    • Contribute to creating new training content, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
    • Enhance existing training materials and curricula to meet the evolving needs of our business.
    • As the role progresses, take ownership of specific areas of L&D and track analytics.
  • Performance Support:
    • Identify employees' development needs and support their career progression alongside the Head of L&D.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help employees achieve their performance goals.
  • Collaboration and Travel:
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to align L&D activities with business objectives.
    • Travel regularly between our offices in Manchester, Nottingham, and Leeds to deliver training and support initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
    • An understanding of sales and/or recruitment processes.
    • Experience working with recruitment systems is desirable although not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Ability to engage and motivate through various methods.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative training content.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other virtual training platforms.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
    • Ability to learn and understand various tech platforms and tools.
