Job Title: Consulting-Project Lead

At 3HORIZONS, we are seeking a seasoned Consulting-Project Lead to join our team of experts. As a key member of our management consulting firm, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project executions and guiding a team of consultants in conducting structured analysis and primary research to deliver actionable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of consultants in conducting research, analysis, and strategy development to inform client recommendations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, identifying opportunities for relationship building and development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, overseeing day-to-day project execution and guiding individual development of junior colleagues.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, leveraging expertise in business management and consulting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business management or a top management consulting firm.
  • Master's degree from a top university, with an advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners and executives.
