Position Overview
As an Enterprise Solutions Analyst, you will be integral in optimizing the organization's investment in software solutions and business applications. Your role will involve acting as a bridge between various teams and service providers, primarily working alongside Super Users or Managers to enhance, streamline, or adjust operational processes.
You will gain a thorough understanding of business functions and the software utilized within the organization, driving ongoing enhancements and simplifications of operational workflows.
Additionally, you will assist in the development and upkeep of software solutions, shifting focus from large-scale in-house applications to configuring third-party solutions, developing integration strategies, and creating smaller applications that facilitate human workflows.
Your contributions will be vital in managing global business processes related to ERP systems and their interfaces, playing a key role in the governance of international business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
  • Assessing business requirements and identifying challenges.
  • Collecting, defining, and documenting business needs.
  • Mapping and documenting business workflows.
  • Ensuring that proposed solutions align with existing or modified global process flows.
  • Suggesting solutions to business challenges and streamlining processes through project leadership and participation.
  • Contributing to the simplification of Enterprise Application Architecture.
  • Providing support for various business applications, including documentation and training.
  • Conducting data analysis and aggregation using BI and other analytical tools.
  • Evaluating vendors and new products as necessary.
  • Advising and occasionally training super users and managers on process details.
  • Managing projects to deliver the above or assisting in the management of larger programs or projects.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:

  • Draft use cases and requirement specifications.
  • Create test cases and conduct software testing.
  • Contribute to the definition, documentation, and continuous improvement of internal IT workflows and processes.
  • Help enforce policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient knowledge of BI and other data analysis tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of general Business Processes & Workflow.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, judgment, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in a leadership capacity.
