The Role: Enterprise Account Manager
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth within the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Quantios' expansion by implementing strategic initiatives and fostering strong client relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans aligned with Quantios' objectives.
- Identify opportunities and potential risks within assigned accounts to maximize revenue and mitigate threats.
- Achieve revenue and NPS targets set by the Global Head of Sales.
- Manage the account management process according to Quantios' guidelines and ensure accurate updates in HubSpot.
- Participate in contract negotiations and collaborate with clients on service agreements.
- Conduct market research and create client profiles to understand their systems and future software needs.
- Support the marketing team by analyzing competitors and identifying market opportunities.
- Encourage client participation in Quantios events and forums.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong execution skills.
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions about business challenges and requirements.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fintech SaaS sales environments is advantageous.
- Experience with HubSpot is beneficial.
