Job Title: Lead Asset Management Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Lead Asset Management Engineer to join our team based out of our Global Production Facility in Dumbarton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical development of new product developments and significant platform upgrades for Aggreko manufactured products.
  • Coordinate and assign technical tasks to engineering resources to meet product specifications within time, quality, and cost targets.
  • Provide design input and lead the development of new and existing products to improve performance, operating efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Define system test and validation requirements for new product developments and create accurate Bill of Material and part specifications.
  • Design novel and market-leading conceptual arrangements that provide product differentiation in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline with relevant industry experience in the design of industrial machines.
  • Formal training in product development and design.
  • Fully qualified, seasoned professional engineer with expertise to resolve issues and make commercial use of available technologies and components.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales, under pressure, while maintaining quality.
  • Highly proficient in computer-aided 3D modelling, calculation, and simulation.
