Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is in search of a skilled and committed Highway Project Supervisor to become part of our team for a significant infrastructure initiative.

This position presents the chance to engage in major enhancements to transportation networks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and evaluate construction operations on the highway project to guarantee compliance with NEC3/4 contract standards.
2. Perform regular site evaluations, documenting and reporting on progress, quality, and compliance matters.
3. Collaborate with contractors, project leaders, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any challenges or inconsistencies.
4. Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are maintained throughout the project duration.
5. Provide expert advice and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best practices and contractual commitments.
6. Maintain detailed records of all site activities, inspections, and communications.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Highway Project Supervisor on relevant projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and standards specific to highway work.
- A valid driving license and readiness to travel to various sites as necessary.
