Customer Service Coordinator

Join our team at Office Angels and take on a challenging role as a Customer Service Coordinator in our Medical Sector division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. You will be based in our Head Office in Colnbrook, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data and solve problems to optimise service delivery and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams to enhance patient experiences and promote overall health
  • Oversee service targets and ensure adherence to quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • A real team player with exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
