We are a family-run hospitality business, The Plough, focusing on serving high-quality, freshly prepared dishes every day. As a key member of our culinary team, you will manage and motivate your team to achieve the highest standards in food service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for preparing fresh food to order and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations at all times. You will also be able to create Specials Menus and trial dishes for our seasonal menu changes.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu changes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to drive culinary innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
