Role Overview:


As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized care and assistance to the individuals in your charge, aiding them with their daily activities, and promoting their independence.

This position entails working closely with individuals who have diverse needs, including those requiring complex care.

You will be a vital member of a compassionate team dedicated to positively impacting the lives of the individuals you support.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care and support tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
Assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and medication management.
Support residents in accessing community resources and participating in social engagements.
Encourage independence, choice, and dignity for all residents.
Maintain precise records of care delivered and report any changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in sleep-in shifts as required

Requirements:
A full UK driver's license is essential.
Must possess flexibility to work a full range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Experience in social care is required.
A caring, compassionate disposition and a strong commitment to positively impacting others' lives.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What's On Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.
