Role Summary:
In the capacity of a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored care and assistance to the individuals you support, aiding them in their daily activities, and promoting their independence.
You will be a vital member of a dedicated team focused on positively impacting the lives of those you assist.
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care and support customized to the unique needs of each resident.
Assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and medication management.
Facilitate residents' access to community resources and encourage participation in social engagements.
Uphold independence, choice, and dignity for all residents.
Keep precise records of care provided and communicate any changes in residents' conditions.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and other relevant parties to ensure holistic care.
Engage in sleep-in shifts as necessary.
Qualifications:
A valid UK driver's license is mandatory.
Flexibility to work a comprehensive range of shifts, including weekends and evenings, is required.
Experience in social care is essential.
A nurturing, empathetic disposition and a strong dedication to positively influencing others' lives.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are crucial.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of £12.00.
