Position: Counselling Team Supervisor

Work Arrangement: Flexible

Annual Salary: £24,000 (equivalent to £30,000 for full-time)

Employment Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 28 hours

We invite you to join our organization as a Counselling Team Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by visual impairment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional counselling and emotional assistance via telephone and online platforms, catering to a varied clientele that includes children and young adults. In this position, you will also oversee a team of counsellors and engage in the enhancement of our services.

If you possess a strong commitment to aiding others and fulfill the necessary Specialist Skills, Knowledge, and Experience criteria, we welcome your application through our online platform. Interviews will be conducted virtually.
