Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce requirements, digital assets, and print design, with the ability to deliver high-quality graphics efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visual content for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, postcards, and in-store visuals.
  • Design and produce digital assets for the website, e-commerce platforms, CRM, and social media channels.
  • Adapt photographic and video assets for use across different platforms, ensuring consistency in style and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret and execute creative instructions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, e-commerce, and social & digital departments to fulfill graphic requests, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Partner with the photographer to utilize assets effectively across both print and digital mediums.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and the types of assets required for websites and CRM systems.
  • Experience with photographic and video asset adaptation for both online and offline use.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take creative direction and produce work that aligns with brand guidelines.
