About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning content for our digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, website, and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing strategies, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Stay informed about social media trends and implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares
  • Capture high-quality images and videos showcasing hairdressing techniques, styling trends, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and much more
  • Edit and enhance visual content to ensure a consistently polished aesthetic
  • Ensure consistent branding across all content, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions
  • Create content that encourages customer engagement, feedback, and user-generated content

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience creating B2C social media content for a platform with over 10k followers
  • Strong sense of personal style and taste
  • Excellent proficiency with graphic design tools and video editing software
  • Excellent communication skills
