Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team at Flight Group. As a Thumbnail Editor, you will be responsible for developing data-driven creative concepts, compositing, and designing high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept new and original ideas based on experimentation and data science approach
  • Generate realistic and eye-catching thumbnails using Photoshop and photo manipulation skills
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices within the thumbnail space
  • Coordinate with the production and editing team to ensure all necessary assets are captured for thumbnail creation
  • Collaborate with other team members to generate the best designs possible

Requirements:

  • Strong Photoshop experience
  • Advanced photo manipulation skills
  • Great understanding of visual design principles and elements
  • Understanding of data analysis and data-informed decision making
  • Working knowledge of graphic and visual trends in thumbnail design
  • Strong attention to deadlines and schedules
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Passionate about YouTube
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our company culture and values
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts

Nice to Have:

  • A keen interest in AI and examples of how it has or will create optimal editing outcomes
  • 3D experience
  • Ability to create hand-drawn concepts

Location:
