Jago Consultants is a forward-thinking company that operates across multiple brands and locations. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team at our Kings Lynn branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by maximizing sales and profitability
- Support, coach, and mentor the sales team, leading by example at all times
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
- Maintain accurate stock levels to optimize return on investment
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the motor industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and maintain a high level of organization
- Positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £25,000 basic (5-day week) or £27,000 basic (5.5-day week) with an OTE of £40,000
