Key Responsibilities- Deal with all aspects of billing and collection of council tax and non-domestic rates from new accounts or amendments.
- Recover unpaid debts and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the team to achieve high levels of accuracy and meet strict deadlines.
- 5 GCSEs grade 4-9/C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Experience of computer-based record systems.
- Ability to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills.
A competitive salary between £22,368 and £25,989 per annum, and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and supportive team in a challenging and rewarding role.
