Key Responsibilities:

The position of Support Worker at The Salvation Army is a vital role that contributes significantly to achieving positive outcomes for our at-risk clients. As an enthusiastic and proactive support worker, you will be tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive support program that enhances client autonomy and decision-making. Your work will focus on addressing clients' support requirements, including emotional and psychological challenges, substance use issues, mental health concerns, and overall physical well-being, empowering them to make constructive life choices and ultimately lead fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An understanding of the support challenges commonly faced by homeless and vulnerable populations
