We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of elective surgery services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough pre-assessments of patients undergoing elective surgery, adhering to Trust guidelines and policies.
  • Request and interpret investigations and tests, escalating as necessary, to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions of care.
