About the Role:
Our client, a prominent subcontractor in the residential construction industry, is seeking a skilled estimator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on delivering precise cost assessments for various construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and financial plans for construction projects.
  • Evaluating project specifications to uncover potential cost-saving measures.
  • Working closely with project leaders, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Keeping meticulous records of all estimates and associated project expenditures.
  • Utilizing estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite effectively.

Contract Details:
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract.
