Join one of the leading providers in Facilities Management and Technical Services.
Work ScheduleMonday to Friday, 40-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 6 skilled technicians, with 3 direct reports.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee the issuance of work permits.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain logbooks.
- Monitor and enhance team performance while addressing any queries or issues from team members.
- Handle holiday requests and cover arrangements.
- Engage in hands-on support (20% of the time) when the team requires assistance or to resolve escalations.
- Work with various Mechanical and Electrical systems, including emergency lighting tests, fire alarm inspections, filter replacements on Air Handling Units, basic plumbing tasks, and other general maintenance duties.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications.
- Experience in building services.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt.
