Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £19 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Coordinate budgets and logistics for events
  • Track attendee information and manage event registrations
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations to measure success
  • Procure and coordinate vendor services, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and venue management
  • Provide on-site event support and ensure smooth event execution
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Experience in managing and coordinating budgets
  • Procurement and logistics experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
