About the Role:

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business meets its objectives. You will analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are consistently high, and business objectives are met across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
  • Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building and supporting a strong team culture.
  • Work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites.

About the Team:

Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree).
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
