Regional Director of English Operations

As an Area/Shift Manager at Amazon UK Services Ltd., you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure your area of the business meets its objectives. This hands-on role will provide you with experience in analysing and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels.

- Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture.
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks like individual escalations, process improvement work, and wide-scale operational contingency planning.
About the TeamAmazon's Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team plays a central role in our success. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a diverse team that uses air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.
RequirementsBachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree). Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language. Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
