Regional Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Director to join our team at Runwood Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our business, ensuring seamless delivery of our services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage a team of regional operations managers to ensure effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business plans and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
