Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Hospitality Locations are Clean and Tidy: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in all hospitality locations, ensuring that they are always ready for customers.
- Set Up Hospitality Locations with Attention to Detail: Ensure that all hospitality locations are set up with attention to detail, including the arrangement of furniture, decorations, and other amenities.
- Prepare for Upcoming Events: Ensure that all hospitality locations are prepared for upcoming events, including the setup of equipment, decorations, and other necessary items.
- Rotate Stock to Minimise Wastage: Rotate stock as required to minimise wastage and ensure that all stock is held within agreed time limits.
- Liaise with Line Manager: Liaise with the line manager regarding stock levels and re-ordering, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and managed.
- Carry Out Accurate Stocktake: Carry out accurate stocktake and escalate any issues to the line manager, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and managed.
- Comply with Hygiene and Health & Safety Regulations: Comply with all hygiene and health & safety regulations, ensuring that all hospitality locations are safe and clean for customers.
- Comply with Company Dress Code: Comply with the company's dress code at all times, ensuring that all staff are presented in a professional and respectful manner.
- Ensure Duties are Carried Out as Per Company Procedures: Ensure that all duties are carried out as per company procedures, including the accurate and timely delivery of goods, stock rotation, and compliance with legislative and company requirements.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Demonstrate product knowledge in line with unit specification, ensuring that all staff are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
- Provide High Level of Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Lead and Motivate Reporting Staff: Lead and motivate reporting staff, ensuring that they are well-motivated and have regular feedback sessions, including formal appraisals.
Requirements:
