Aircraft Maintenance Control Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Control Manager to join our team at One Air. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the maintenance control team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure aircraft availability and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with maintenance providers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintenance-related documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance control team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance control or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for maintenance operations.
