Job Title: Technical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at Te-Tech Process Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Systems Integration / Automation team from our offices in Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Automation Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
  • Conduct pre-contract site surveys to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with our tendering team to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Analyze resources and allocate them effectively to ensure project success.
  • Investigate and develop solutions to meet client needs.
  • Select and purchase equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Write reports to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Define control system documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet contractual obligations.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Configure and program multiple PLC, HMI, SCADA, and telemetry systems.
  • Work with various industrial control systems, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, and Mitsubishi.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Automation Engineer.
  • Previous experience leading a team of Automation Engineers.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial network protocols and IT/OT network configuration.
  • Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within NEC 3/4 contract environments.
  • Knowledge of the water/wastewater industry is advantageous.
