Senior Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at Auxillis. As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading our award-winning service team and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Delivery Drivers to ensure the efficient allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Management Team to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
