About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our senior medical management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Medical Director and demonstrating visible senior clinical leadership.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the medical and wider clinical workforce and service Clinical Directors.
  • Champion Adult Mental Health & Mental Health services for older people and develop effective relationships with partner organisations and diverse communities.
  • Drive the strategic development of the Directorate to deliver large-scale transformation, high-quality safe and effective care, which is robustly governed within a continuous quality approach.
