Job Title: Acute Care Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Acute Inpatient Service team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to adults experiencing acute mental health issues.
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to promote mental health well-being and independence.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to ongoing learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with mental health needs and sound knowledge of the national agenda for mental health.
  • Sound knowledge of clinical/risk assessment and understanding of Information Governance principles.
