Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior finance team, you will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the month-end process and produce enhanced variance analysis for all group reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with the CFO and Shareholders to inform strategic and commercial decision making across the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice and challenge where necessary.
  • Contribute to Senior Management meetings, discussing performance and driving business success.
  • Take ownership of company financial models, continuously seeking to improve them and building new models to drive greater insight.

Requirements:

  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience within FP&A.
  • Strong business acumen and an eagerness to understand the drivers of the business.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills at c-suite level, with strong communication and presentation skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £85K - £95K + bonus + car allowance.
  • Hybrid working - 2 days office per week.
