Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
    • Analyze financial data and create financial models to support business decisions.
    • Report on financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Provide variance analysis and explanations to senior management.
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze past results, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Support senior management with in-depth financial analysis and recommendations.
    • Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Cost Management:
    • Monitor and manage the company's financial performance to ensure cost efficiency.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls to ensure compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support.
    • Communicate financial results and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with relevant experience in FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
