Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at a leading manufacturer in Cornwall. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pay and benefits for employees, ensuring accurate data in the HR system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll and time & attendance system efficiently and effectively.
- Respond quickly to all payroll queries and submissions.
- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of key compensation and benefit arrangements.
- Liaise with providers and organize employee benefits as requested.
- Assist with additional HR tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a payroll role.
- Experience with year-end reporting.
- HR Admin knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments is advantageous.
Benefits Package:
- Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 + 5% Bonus.
- Hours: 36.25 hours a week.
- Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, early finish Friday, Healthcare cash plan, Employee Benefits Platform, Cycle to work scheme, on-site parking.
