Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at a leading manufacturer in Cornwall. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pay and benefits for employees, ensuring accurate data in the HR system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll and time & attendance system efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond quickly to all payroll queries and submissions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of key compensation and benefit arrangements.
  • Liaise with providers and organize employee benefits as requested.
  • Assist with additional HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a payroll role.
  • Experience with year-end reporting.
  • HR Admin knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments is advantageous.

Benefits Package:

  • Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 + 5% Bonus.
  • Hours: 36.25 hours a week.
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, early finish Friday, Healthcare cash plan, Employee Benefits Platform, Cycle to work scheme, on-site parking.
