Laraveldaily is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and HR Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating HR-related activities.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including preparing job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training and development activities, including identifying training needs, arranging training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems, including personnel files, absence records, and performance management data.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, including absence rates, turnover rates, and training participation.
