About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated SCPHN Health Visitor to join our Flying Start Health Visitor Team in Bridgend. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering the Flying Start Healthy Child Wales Programme and promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families.
Main Responsibilities
Develop innovative ways of working with the deputy senior and senior nurse to implement change effectively and monitor outcomes.
Ensure the delivery of clinically excellent evidence-based child health surveillance, health promotion, and other public health initiatives.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate health visiting interventions working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
Work collaboratively with the team and maintain effective communication with health and other professionals to ensure the provision of a high-quality preventative health service.
