Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot server and desktop operating systems
  • Support Office 365 applications and platforms
  • Install computer hardware, operating systems, and applications remotely and onsite
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues, and diagnose hardware and software faults
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Support the roll-out of new applications and set up new user accounts and passwords
  • Respond to call-outs within agreed SLAs
  • Prioritize and manage a range of open cases at any one time
Requirements:
  • Thorough and current knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Cloud
  • Understanding of Microsoft products such as SQL, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop and office products
  • A proven track record of installing and supporting server-level technology
  • Ability to configure and fault-find technology, including switches, firewalls, routers, internet connections, printers, wireless solutions, and cabling issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing and multi-tasking effectively
